Relaxing base for weekend. Marvellous setting near Portobello beach. And short walk to public transport, buses and old town.

We were surprised by modern rooms with all the amenities.

The landlord, Anne, was kind and helpful, and even provided treats upon our arrival. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. it was a wonderful stay in Edinburgh.

One thing missing was a breadboard/chopping board.

Believe the reviews, everything was good. I had a warm welcome from the owner. Modern and cosy room, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave oven were provided. It had a private bathroom. Lovely bar was available. The location was fantastic, it was easy to get to Portobello Beach.
